Radcliffe: "I'd like to work with Nolan."

Daniel Radcliffe, who for ten years played the titular character in the Harry Potter film series and found success recently in the musical How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, has expressed a desire to work with Christopher Nolan.

Radcliffe was recently interviewed by Audra Lowe and JD Roberto on The Better Show to promote his new film The Woman in Black. When asked who he'd like to work with in the future, he listed the Coen Brothers and Christopher Nolan as his favourite filmmakers. He cited Nolan as the best modern British director, expressing his love for Nolan's most recent film Inception.

If Nolan were to cast Radcliffe in The Dark Knight Rises, who would he play? Personally, I'd like to see him play a rookie cop in Gordon's unit, maybe even a crooked one.

The Woman in Black is an upcoming horror film to be released by the revived Hammer films. It is directed by James Watkins, who previously helmed Eden Lake, and written by Jane Goldman, who penned Kick Ass and X-Men: First Class, adapted from the novel by Susan Hill. It stars Daniel Radcliffe, CiarĂ¡n Hinds, Janet McTeer, Sophie Stuckey, Liz White, Alisa Khasanova, Aoife Doherty and Alexia Osborne. It will be released in February 2012.
