Scene involving Siberian Prisoner of War Camp
"Simply Recycling Solutions Ltd in Mile Road, Bedford, has produced the used material for a scene involving a Siberian Prisoner of War camp for Batman: The Dark Knight Rises.
The scrap company which has sites in Bedford, Luton and Northampton was contacted after a member of the movie’s production team drove past their business and dropped in for props.
Owner Jon O’Brien, 41, said: “One of the guys from the film drove past saw our sign and came in and asked for scrap to help build a part of their set.
“It’s going to be good to see my scrap on the silver screen when it’s all done.”"
It is unknown how this scene will fit into the film. Possibilities include the shot of Bruce (Christian Bale) doing push-ups in the trailer, the prison break scene filmed at Carnegie Mellon University, or Ra's al-Ghul (Liam Neeson/Josh Pence).
